The Full-Body HIIT Workout You Can Do At Home In Less Than 30 Minutes

The easy way to make fit happen is to have a no-excuses workout on-hand anytime you need it. That's where this HIIT workout from star trainers Jenny Pacey and Wayne Gordon comes in. It's a no-equipment, bodyweight workout you can bang out in less than 30 minutes. The dynamic duo will take you through their unique workout routine designed to work your upper body, lower body, cardio, and core, in just 30 minutes.

How it works: Do each exercise all-out for 10 seconds, then run (in place, or around your area) for 50 seconds. Repeat, alternating between an exercise and running. When you complete the set, rest for 50 seconds before moving onto the next one.

Quarter Squat Jump
Crunch
Rest

Set 2:
Reverse Lunge
Triceps Dip
Switch Lunge
Elbow Crunch
Rest

Set 3:
Bridge
Plank Punch
