Homemade Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Pops Are the Best Nostalgic Dessert Upgrade

Raise your hand if you wish you could go back to the free summers you had as a kid (insert multiple hand raise emojis here). Months off from school, evenings that seemed to last forever, and all the fudge pops you could eat. Fast-forward to today. While taking months off from work to sit in a tree and read Harry Potter might not fit your grown-up life, the fudge pops are still very much available to devour. The only difference now is that you probably consider what's inside those store-bought pops a little more.

Luckily, you can easily make your own DIY version at home, and, TBH, they are way better than the freezer-burned store variety anyway. All you have to do is blend a handful of ingredients together, pour them into popsicle molds, freeze, and you've got yourself a delicious summer evening treat. Plus, these frozen pops are anything but basic thanks to the inclusion of protein-packed peanut butter to perfectly complement the chocolate fudge flavor. Coconut cream makes them extra creamy, and you get bonus nutrition points from the antioxidant-rich cocoa powder and calcium-boasting almond milk. Now that is how you fudge pop adult-style. Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Pops Recipe

Makes 6 fudge pops

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk (such as Almond Breeze Original Almondmilk)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth and creamy.

  2. Fill popsicle molds with mixture and place popsicle sticks in. Freeze for four hours, or until completely frozen.

  3. When ready to serve, briefly run popsicle molds under warm water to loosen the popsicles. Remove and eat immediately.
